Relationship Masters

Relationship Masters is a series of individual or group workshops designed to help couples take their relationship from good to GREAT! You can think of Relationship Masters as PT for your relationship. Each workshop focuses on a different area of your relationship with fun ways to help you develop new strategies for keeping your relationship healthy and strong.

Relationship Masters is based on Relationship Science and evidence-based practice. We comb through the latest science and research to find the strategies and techniques to take your good relationship to a GREAT relationship.

Relationship Coaching

Relationship Coaching is perfect for couples who have a good relationship but may have hit a relationship “speed-bump”. Relationship Coaching differs from relationship counselling as the couple works together as well as individually with the coach. This allows each partner to understand how they function within the relationship, increasing their self-awareness of behaviours and actions. Relationship Coaching leads to an enhanced understanding of how each individual works within a relationship whilst simultaneously working on their relationship together.

Relationship Counselling

Relationship counselling, also called couples’ therapy or couples’ counselling, is where couples explore issues within relationships. The focus is on factors that may have led to challenges within relationships, and the counselling provides the tools to make thoughtful and intentional decisions about the relationship. Relationship counselling can offer a couple time and space to reflect on their patterns of behaviour and help them understand why they feel and respond the way they do. Relationship counselling in all forms seeks to help couples address issues in their relationships together.
